We are committed to giving you the best customer service possible. If for any reason, you have a problem with an order or questions about an item, please contact us by email or call us at (323) 725-0219. We will do our best to respond promptly.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read when transferred over the internet.

Wholesale Inquiries

We accept wholesale orders from other bookstores and online retailers, offering a 40% discount. Please, call us at (323) 725-0219 to place an order for your store. Our policy requires retailers to pay for the order via Credit/ Debit card, which we will accept over the phone, for the first three orders, in order to secure reliability. After the first three orders, we send invoices, net 30, with the package.

  • Offline Payments: Check or Money Order (Please, do not send cash by mail.)

  • If you would prefer to send a check or Money Order, please include a note that indicates your name, address, phone, and email, along with the products you wish to purchase; or print an order form to fill out. Please do not forget to add shipping costs, found on our Shipping & Returns page. 

  • We now accept credit cards with mail or phone orders.
